Harvesting the Rain

Harvesting the Rain

Results: Final Report

Thanks to the GO Community and Students Shoulder-to-Shoulder, GO Campaign was able to raise the funds needed to ensure 30 orphans living at IPI’s Kithoka Amani Community Home have access to one of the world’s most valuable commodities—clean water—required for crop production, bathing, cooking, cleaning, and drinking. The water harvesting system is now completed and not only do the children at the Amani Home have access to clean water, they are also able to grow crops and raise feed to support their poultry farm. Check out the video showing the impact of this grant.
