PLEASE NOTE: We will be transitioning to an online portal through 2025. We will reach out to you directly regarding reporting procedures, as they are subject to change. No matter the method, reporting typically includes but is not limited to:

  • Progress Reports: Updates on program activities, challenges, and successes.

  • Financial Reports: Detailed information on how grant funds are being used.

  • Impact Reports: Measurement of outcomes and results achieved with the grant funds.

  • Narrative Reports: Stories highlighting the impact of the program on beneficiaries.

Reporting reQuirements

Reporting is essential for monitoring grant progress, measuring impact, and ensuring accountability. Unless otherwise specified in your grant agreement, GO Campaign’s standard reporting timelines are as follows:

STANDARD GRANTS

Within three months of any disbursement GO Campaign must receive an interim narrative and financial report indicating how the funds were used and the progress of the project.

  • Within three months of the project ending or when funds from GO Campaign no longer support the project, GO Campaign must receive a final narrative and financial report detailing how the total amount of the grant was used and the final outcomes of the project.

  • Only when this final report is received will the grant project be considered completed.

  • Prior to each reporting deadline, GO Campaign will provide you with the appropriate form to complete your report.

  • If for any reason your organization is unable to meet these reporting guidelines and deadlines, they must contact GO Campaign prior to the deadlines. A revised reporting schedule may be established.

  • If they do not meet the terms of the required reporting procedure, the partnership will be terminated and GO Campaign will take action to collect already disbursed funds.

CONSTRUCTION AND SPECIAL GRANTS
