A Sense of Home

A SENSE OF HOME | CALIFORNIA, USA

In 2015, GO Campaign supported A Sense of Home (ASOH) in its mission to help 92 aged out foster youth establish stable housing and plan for their careers and further education.

Founded by Georgie Smith, the acutely focused, high-impact work of A Sense of Home (ASOH) changes the lives of the under-served and at-risk foster youth who have transitioned out of the foster care system. By harnessing and focusing the immense goodwill of the Los Angeles community, ASOH is creating homes for aging-out youth so that they can achieve self-sufficiency and lasting interpersonal connections and mentors to connect them to jobs and educational opportunities.
