Project Update: CleanSlate Brings Extended care for foster youth in LA

Through the support of GO Campaign, 57 foster youth have received trauma-informed counseling and access to vital resources as they navigate life after care. Services resume this summer, continuing the work of healing, connection, and support.

CleanSlate is a longtime partner of GO Campaign. It is an empathy-based, community-focused, social service non-profit committed to the empowerment of individuals and communities impacted by community violence and financial oppression.

They provide healing-centered mental health programming that meets the community where they are at through low-fee counseling, workshops, training, tattoo removal, financial literacy, and StreetDreams Youth Cultural and Arts Programs. CleanSlate is comprised of a network of mental health professionals and community advocates that make up Los Angeles’ leading experts in the area of Mental Health and Community Care.
