Women Awareness Centre Nepal (WACN) | Nepal

In February 2021, GO Campaign provided a grant to Women Awareness Central Nepal (WACN) for the purpose of providing trauma support counseling to children effected by abuse and neglect during the COVID-19 pandemic and its subsequent lockdowns. In total, 257 children were supported through the project. 

Nari Chetana Kendra Nepal, also known as Women Awareness Centre Nepal (WACN), was established in 1991 by a group of women interested in improving the socio-economic status and development capacity of disadvantaged people, particularly women and children.
